p xss=removed>We are seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, promote a culture of safety, and implement proactive measures to protect employees, products, and the environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits across production areas
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP,
GMP, and Egyptian food safety regulations
- Lead incident investigations and recommend
corrective/preventive action
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain readiness plans
- Promote environmental sustainability initiatives within the factory
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- HSE roles, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and local regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and training skills (Arabic & English )
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a safe workplace.
