Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA & Food Safety Lead located in Suez
The QA & Food Safety Lead will oversee and ensure compliance with quality control and food safety standards across all operations. Daily responsibilities include implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), managing quality processes, and providing training to staff. The role also involves identifying risks, ensuring corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement in line with industry and regulatory standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of FSSC 22000 certificate and ISO 9001
- Maintain and monitor compliance with quality and food safety requirements of the
UNICEF
- Knowledge of Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Proficiency in conducting Quality Auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
- Familiarity with food production regulations and standards
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
