We are looking for an experienced Consumer Manager with a strong background in consumer finance / banking / non-banking financial services to lead and manage the end-to-end consumer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage consumer business operations and performance.
• Develop and execute consumer growth and retention strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end consumer journey and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT, Marketing).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support product development and market expansion initiatives.
