  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of automotive products.
  • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align production plans with material availability and demand forecasts.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment malfunctions, or changes in demand.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure production plans meet quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain production planning systems and software for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate production status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Support inventory management by optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the production planning process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
