The role
The HR Compensation & Benefits Supervisor is responsible for managing payroll, compensation, and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
In addition, the role oversees personnel administration activities, including employee contracts, renewals, settlements, and government-related dealings. The position plays a key role in supporting salary structures, benefits programs, and HR reporting, while ensuring employee satisfaction and legal compliance.
Key responsibilities
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
• Review and analyze salary structures and employee benefits with HR Manager.
• Roll out new benefits initiatives and gather employee feedback.
• Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Handle tax reporting, social insurance payments, and medical insurance administration.
• Supervise and audit overtime sheets for all staff levels in compliance with labor law.
• Prepare HR monthly reports (Payroll, OT, Absence, Insurance, etc.).
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits.
Personnel Administration
• Manage the opening of bank accounts for new employees and settlements for resigned employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, contracts, and employee documents.
• Oversee contract renewals, probation assessments, and terminations.
• Act as the main liaison with governmental entities (labor office, social insurance, and medical insurance).
• Supervise personnel forms and processes (Form 1, 2, 6, work permits), ensuring timely submission and compliance.
