  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the inbound operations team, including tour Operators, operations executives, airport representatives, and guides.
  • Oversee end-to-end operational execution of tours, including hotel bookings, transportation 
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and smooth delivery of all services.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues, service deviations, or client escalations promptly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support packages, itineraries, promotions, and cost structures.
  • Oversee planning and execution of special-interest groups such as educational tours, pilgrimage groups, senior travelers, adventure groups, VIP delegations, and cultural/academic missions.
  • Customize itineraries and services to match the needs and expectations of each group segment.
  • Manage group logistics including rooming lists, meal plans, special assistance requirements, and on-site coordination.
