Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist based in 6th of October. The Senior HR Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including designing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting personnel management. The candidate will also play a key role in employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment, and collaborating with department managers on HR initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources Management, with experience in implementing and overseeing HR policies Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes Ability to collaborate with leadership and employees to support HR strategies and foster a positive workplace culture Demonstrated understanding of best practices in HR and familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
