We are looking for a Sales Specialist to manage and convert inbound leads, engage with potential customers through online channels, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting value-driven solutions, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads through Whats App, chat, email, and calls. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Follow up with leads systematically to improve conversion rates. Handle customer objections professionally and ethically. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes. Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams when needed. Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Collect customer feedback and report insights to management. Requirements1–3 years of experience in online sales, inside sales, or telesales. Experience working with digital products, Saa S, or subscription-based services is a strong plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to explain value clearly (not just price). Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Good time management and follow-up discipline. Professional, ethical, and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Skills Experience with Whats App Business, chat tools, or CRM systems. Basic understanding of online funnels and lead qualification. Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and commissions. English communication skills (spoken & written). KPIs & Performance Metrics Lead-to-conversion rate. Number and quality of follow-ups. Revenue generated per month. Customer satisfaction and retention feedback.
