  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors to ensure consistent and reliable product delivery and support.
  • Order Fulfilment and Tracking: Coordinate with vendors to process and track customer orders from 
  • inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in accordance with customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Work closely with vendors to quickly resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate vendor performance based on delivery times, product quality, and responsiveness. Identify areas for improvement and work with vendors to address any issues.
  • Customer Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback regarding product quality and service delivery. Analyze feedback trends to suggest improvements to vendors and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge & Support: Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products, availability, pricing, and delivery times. Ensure that product offerings meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Order Processing and Documentation: Manage order processing workflows, ensuring all orders are accurately recorded, confirmed with vendors, and dispatched on time. Maintain detailed documentation of all vendor interactions and customer orders.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, inventory, etc.) to ensure that vendor deliveries are aligned with overall business goals and customer demand.
  • Pricing and Cost Management: Work with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing, discounts, and payment terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

 

  • Inventory Management and Stock Availability: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
  • Vendor Compliance: Ensure that vendors comply with contractual agreements, quality standards, and agreed-upon delivery timelines. Escalate any non-compliance issues as necessary.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, customer service metrics, and any issues or improvements related to vendor relations. Share insights with management to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align vendor services with the company's strategic goals and customer service expectations.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform vendor negotiations and improve service quality.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs related to vendor orders, shipping, and handling, while ensuring high levels of service and product quality are maintained.
  • Crisis Management: In case of supply chain disruptions, work closely with vendors to find quick resolutions and communicate effectively with customers about any delays or changes to their orders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction by streamlining vendor management and service delivery systems.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation. Follow safety and occupational health and prevention measures as per they are announced by the state, company and management.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, manage purchase orders, and resolve any supply issues.
