- Ensure complete understanding of all products and categories.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy in data entry: no spelling mistakes, correct categorization, codes, descriptions, and photos.
- Organize and properly code product images on the shared drive.
- Coordinate with brand teams regarding novelties, high stock items, and seasonal specials.
- Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to resolve product flow and operational issues.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, categories, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking or removal of items.
- Work with brand teams to keep content accurate and current.
- Ensure consistency across external platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.), listing only suitable SKUs and handling operations accordingly.
- Analyze customer feedback to propose improvements in usability and fulfillment.
- Coordinate implementation of tools such as chatbots and plugins for better user support.
- Apply seasonal content updates (e.g., red & gold for Christmas).
- Add new filters or design elements as needed.
- Coordinate banner/product photography when necessary.
- Utilize content from multinational partners and Amazon’s agency as needed.
- Analyze sales trends by category, brand, and price range.
- Recommend new items or set ideas based on performance.
- Track performance during seasons and campaigns.
- Build and review customer portfolios.
- Monitor competitor activities: product offering, pricing, marketing campaigns, events, etc.
Good command of English (spoken and written); strong Arabic copywriting is a plus.Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and content management systems.Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
