Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. As an Ecommerce Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage the development and implementation of sales strategies for the company's ecommerce platform. You will handle product listings, drive online sales growth, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will also ensure effective marketing, product assortment, and performance tracking for online operations.
Qualifications Proven 6-7 years of experience in ecommerce sales management, online platforms, and developing sales strategies Strong understanding of digital marketing, website analytics, and market trends Exceptional leadership, team collaboration, and organizational skills Analytical skills and proficiency with tools for performance tracking and reporting Good knowledge of the industrial sector and ecommerce practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills
