Job Title: Medical Advisor – Oncology Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Reporting To: Medical Manager

Job Summary:
The Medical Advisor – Oncology will provide medical and scientific support for oncology products and initiatives. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external healthcare professionals to ensure accurate scientific exchange, regulatory compliance, and patient-focused medical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the medical expert for assigned oncology products and therapeutic areas.
• Provide medical and scientific support to Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Review and approve medical and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and oncologists.
• Support medical education programs, advisory boards, and scientific meetings
• Deliver medical training to internal teams
• Support clinical studies, publications, and real-world evidence activities
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements, local regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Medical Degree (MD) with specialization in Oncology.
• 5+ years of experience in oncology or pharmaceutical medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of oncology treatment guidelines and clinical research.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and KOLs.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• High ethical standards and compliance mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
