<p>To lead customer-centric analytics and value management initiatives. This role will combine advanced analytics, data storytelling, and CVM strategy to drive business growth, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate is hands-on with data, highly skilled in SQL, analytics programming, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Marketing, and Product.</p>
<p><strong>Analytics & Insights</strong></p>
<ul> <li>Perform advanced analysis of customer, product, and transactional data to uncover trends and growth opportunities. </li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. </li> <li>Develop self-service BI tools for stakeholders, empowering business teams to access insights directly. </li> <li>Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques (segmentation, churn models, CLV models). </li> <li>Ensure data-driven decision-making through actionable insights and recommendations. </li>

<p><strong>Customer Value Management (CVM)</strong></p>
<ul> <li>Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn. </li> <li>Design and execute personalized campaigns and journeys using segmentation and targeting techniques. </li> <li>Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize through A/B testing and post-campaign analysis. </li>

<p><strong>Data Collaboration & Governance</strong></p>
<ul> <li>Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure robust data pipelines, integration, and scalability. </li> <li>Collaborate with Data Modeling teams to design, refine, and operationalize predictive models. </li> <li>Partner with data governance teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of customer data. </li> <li>Contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organization</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>
<ul> <li>Act as a key analytics partner for Marketing, Product, Finance, and Senior Leadership. </li> <li>Translate technical insights into clear business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Drive alignment between analytics, business strategy, and execution. </li>

<ul> <li>Bachelors in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.</li><li>7+ years experience in analytics, customer insights, or CVM roles. </li> </ul>

<p>Skills & Abilities:<br> </p>
<ul> <li>SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization. </li> <li>Python / R for advanced analytics and modeling. </li> <li>Dashboarding and visualization tools: Tableau (mandatory), Power BI, Looker, or equivalent. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with CVM / CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of churn analytics, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies. </li> <li>Familiarity with big data / cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Spark, Hive). </li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, data storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. </li> <li>Ability to bridge business, analytics, and engineering teams effectively. </li> </ul><p > Only your skills matter
