Job Purpose:

To handle and follow up on all administrative tasks, coordinate with government entities, and service providers, and ensure smooth administrative operations in accordance with company policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up on all government-related paperwork and procedures (government offices, social insurance, taxes, and other official authorities).
  • Communicate and coordinate with telecommunication and service providers (internet, mobile lines, subscriptions, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage company vehicle movements, including:
  • Scheduling vehicle usage
  • Monitoring periodic maintenance and licensing
  • Tracking fuel consumption
  • Review and verify financial disbursement documents to ensure completeness and compliance with approved procedures.
  • Monitor employee attendance through the fingerprint system:
  • Generate daily and monthly attendance reports
  • Prepare attendance and leave tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with the HR department regarding absences, delays, and overtime
  • Organize, maintain, and archive administrative files and records accurately and confidentially.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
