Job Details

  • Oversee and manage all stock and inventory operations to ensure optimal levels and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff in stock handling and inventory procedures.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems.
