Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing function through the development of creative materials, execution of marketing campaigns, management of social media platforms, and coordination of all branding and promotional activities. This role will handle all design-related tasks and ensure the company’s brand identity is consistently represented across all internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Support the Marketing Manager with data collection and marketing insights.
2. Graphic Design & Creative Work
- Create designs for digital and print materials including social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers, product sheets, presentations, and internal branding.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials follow brand identity.
- Coordinate with external designers or agencies when needed.
- Prepare visuals for events, exhibitions, and new product launches.
3. Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for different product lines.
- Prepare campaign calendars, timelines, and content plans.
- Support lead generation activities through content creation and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create digital marketing content (posts, stories, videos, short reels).
- Track and report social media engagement and performance analytics.
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
5. Event & Exhibition Support
- Coordinate branding materials, giveaways, and designs for exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events.
- Support logistics and preparation for events with internal stakeholders and vendors.
6. Content Development
- Assist in writing and editing marketing content such as posts, product descriptions, newsletters, and website content.
- Prepare product presentations, company profiles, and case studies.
7. Internal Communication Support
- Prepare internal announcements, performance campaigns, and culture-related designs.
- Collaborate with HR for employer branding materials when required.
