Job Purpose: Support the design team in developing innovative pre-concept and concept design solutions through creative thinking, technical modeling, and visual presentations. The role focuses on transforming ideas into compelling architectural concepts that align with the company’s vision and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:Assist senior architects and designers in developing creative pre-concept and concept design proposals. Produce 3D models, diagrams, and design visuals using Revit and other architectural design tools. Support in the preparation of presentations, mood boards, and schematic layouts for internal reviews and client meetings. Conduct site analyses, research, and precedent studies to guide and inspire design decisions. Translate sketches and conceptual ideas into accurate digital models and technical drawings. Ensure model accuracy, alignment with design intent, and compliance with BIM standards. Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to support design development and early-stage design documentation. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably focused on early design and concept development. Proficiency in Revit (conceptual modeling, massing, and schematic design). Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar visualization tools. A creative design portfolio showcasing concept development, visualization, and Revit-based design work. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow guidance from senior design staff.
