We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead and drive a Zero Incident & Zero Waste culture across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with global HSE standards while strengthening safety leadership and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all sites Align regional HSE strategy with global HSE frameworks Implement and monitor HSE policies, standards, and management systems Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective actions Lead incident investigations and crisis management activities Deploy HSE tools, analyze KPIs, and report performance to leadership Support CAPEX projects, shutdowns, and operational changes Build, develop, and coach regional HSE teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Chartered IOSH / CSP / Senior Safety Specialist (HVK) or equivalent8+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing environments Strong leadership with a passion for safety culture Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work independently and drive results What We Offer A strategic leadership role with regional impact Opportunity to influence safety culture and operational excellence Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
