Job Description: Clear Path Learning Association is seeking a creative and detail-oriented content creator to develop, write, and design engaging materials that support students and families transitioning from high school to higher education, vocational training, or the workforce. The Content Creator will play a key role in communicating our mission, programs, and outcomes across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities:Create clear, compelling, and original content for websites, social media, email campaigns, program materials, and educational resources. Develop written, visual, and multimedia content (articles, guides, infographics, videos, and presentations) for students, parents, and partner organizations. Translate program objectives and student outcomes into accessible, relatable messaging. Tailor content for diverse cultural contexts and both English- and Arabic-speaking audiences (Arabic proficiency is a plus). Collaborate with program teams, instructors, and leadership to gather information and ensure messaging accuracy. Edit, proofread, and update existing content to maintain clarity and consistency with Clear Path’s brand voice. Assist in designing digital and print assets to support workshops, online programs, and marketing initiatives. Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or educational communications. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage. Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, motivating way for young people and families. Proficiency with digital content tools (e.g., Canva, content management systems, and video editing software). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative thinker who is self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the education or youth development sector. Familiarity with educational and career planning topics. Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
