Rabtek Integrated Solutions is hiring an experienced Odoo Implementer with strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, and Contracting projects. We’re looking for a professional who can take ownership of full-cycle Odoo implementations in complex, project-based environments and work closely with clients to deliver real business value from day one. Your Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo implementation projects for Real Estate, Construction, and Contracting clients (analysis, configuration, go-live). Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding business workflows such as projects, contracts, subcontractors, and payments. Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Real Estate, Construction/Projects, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Contracting-related workflows. Handle data migration, user training, UAT, and post-implementation support. Translate complex operational requirements into efficient Odoo solutions. Required Experience:1+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Implementer or Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle Odoo implementation for Real Estate, Construction, or Contracting. Strong functional understanding of Project-based accounting, contracts, progress billing, and cost control. Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
