- Prepare and review shop drawings and detailed fabrication drawings for copper works.
- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs across all manufacturing operations.
- Coding and modifying the new and existing items according to the assembly and assign the process map.
- Adhered to the unique coding system strategy.
- Create and execute all tasks throughout the ODOO ERP system.
- Coordinate with production, Copper Melting Furnaces, Pressing machines, Shot blasting, CNC, polishing, Nickel Electroplating, and assembly production lines responsible.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement process mapping to streamline operations, count the operations duration times per equipment and phase.
- Monitor and maintain optimal production speed, while minimizing waste and reducing downtime.
- Ensure adherence to waste reduction targets and proactively work to enhance production efficiency.
- Optimize the use of available time and minimize order changeover durations to increase productivity.
- Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes and increase operational effectiveness.
- Tooling Precision: Ensure proper die selection, alignment, and preventive action across various copper bar thicknesses, sizes, and semi-finished products.
- Proposing, validating, and implementing design modifications to enhance product reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production processes, workflows, and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues.
- Maintaining technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BOMs, work instructions) and ensuring traceability of changes through established change control processes (Engineering Change Management).
- Support the transfer of designs to production, including BOM creation, work instructions, small product related tooling, etc...
- Lead or support pilot production runs (Technical trials or Pre-Mass production runs).
Create the design change numbers and sent to planning to assign the validation date, then replace the old designs with quality and manufacturing departments.
