1. Prepare and review shop drawings and detailed fabrication drawings for copper works.
2. Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs across all manufacturing operations.
3. Coding and modifying the new and existing items according to the assembly and assign the process map.
4. Adhered to the unique coding system strategy.
5. Create and execute all tasks throughout the ODOO ERP system.
6. Coordinate with production, Copper Melting Furnaces, Pressing machines, Shot blasting, CNC, polishing, Nickel Electroplating, and assembly production lines responsible.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement process mapping to streamline operations, count the operations duration times per equipment and phase.
8. Monitor and maintain optimal production speed, while minimizing waste and reducing downtime.
9. Ensure adherence to waste reduction targets and proactively work to enhance production efficiency.
10. Optimize the use of available time and minimize order changeover durations to increase productivity.
11. Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes and increase operational effectiveness.
12. Tooling Precision: Ensure proper die selection, alignment, and preventive action across various copper bar thicknesses, sizes, and semi-finished products.
13. Proposing, validating, and implementing design modifications to enhance product reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
14. Develop, implement, and monitor production processes, workflows, and schedules.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues.
16. Maintaining technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BOMs, work instructions) and ensuring traceability of changes through established change control processes (Engineering Change Management).
17. Support the transfer of designs to production, including BOM creation, work instructions, small product related tooling, etc...
18. Lead or support pilot production runs (Technical trials or Pre-Mass production runs).
