Job Details

  • Design and deliver engaging English language training sessions tailored for BPO professionals.
  • Assess trainees’ language proficiency and customize learning modules to address specific needs.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance communication skills.
  • Facilitate workshops on business communication, customer service etiquette, and cross-cultural awareness.
  • Monitor and report on trainees’ progress, identifying areas for improvement and additional support.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with business objectives and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language training and BPO communication.
  • Organize refresher courses and ongoing learning opportunities for existing staff.
  • Support onboarding of new hires by delivering orientation sessions focused on effective communication.
