  • Identifying periodic needs for materials, equipment, and tools in coordination with departments and projects.
  • Reviewing purchase requests and ensuring their compliance with technical specifications and approved budgets.
  • Preparing an annual needs and procurement plan in accordance with future project plans.
  • Researching and evaluating suppliers and negotiating prices and terms of supply.
  •  Developing a daily and weekly operational plan for the movement of vehicles and equipment to and from project sites.
  • Monitoring the work of drivers and operators and ensuring adherence to operational plans.
  • Supervising the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment and ensuring their technical readiness.
  •  Managing fuel consumption and monitoring operating expenses.
  •  Coordinating with technical departments and projects to identify priorities and urgent needs.
  • Implementing procurement and transportation policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations.
  •  Preparing monthly reports detailing department performance and improvement recommendations.
