1- Project Planning & Coordination · Assist in preparing project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation. · Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. · Track project progress against the baseline plan and report deviations. 2- Budget & Cost Control · Support monitoring of project budgets and expenditures. · Review subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy. · Highlight potential cost overruns or savings opportunities. 3- Quality & Safety Compliance · Ensure implementation of quality standards, drawings, and specifications. · Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies. 4- Documentation & Reporting · Maintain up-to-date records of project documents, approvals, and correspondences. · Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management and clients. · Assist in preparing project presentations and close-out documentation. 5- Stakeholder Communication · Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients. · Support Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts. 6- Risk & Change Management · Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans. · Track and log change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval. |
