Role Overview
The Lifecycle Marketer (Web3 & Multi-Channel) will manage and optimize multi-channel communication strategies across the full user lifecycle. This role focuses on crafting high-impact campaigns, managing CRM and analytics platforms, and driving data-backed improvements in engagement, retention, and conversion for Web3-native audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Messaging CampaignsDevelop and execute email campaigns in English and Spanish, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
Manage and optimize messaging across SMS, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and in-platform channels
CRM & Platform ManagementConfigure and maintain Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, automation, and workflow optimization
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between CRM and connected platforms
Analytics & ReportingBuild and manage reports in Mixpanel to track user behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle metrics
Use performance data to iterate on strategies and improve retention, activation, and conversion
Web3 & Cross-Channel StrategyApply Web3 knowledge to craft lifecycle campaigns that resonate with blockchain-savvy audiences
Stay current on Web3 trends and incorporate insights into lifecycle strategies
Develop a cohesive, cross-channel lifecycle approach in collaboration with creative and product teams
Qualifications
Experience2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing within Web3 environments
Hands-on experience managing multi-channel messaging platforms
Experience working with U.S. and Latin American markets
SkillsNative-level English proficiency; strong Spanish skills
Expertise in Go High Level (GHL) configuration and management
Proficiency with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools, including complex reporting
Strong written communication skills for clear, engaging content
Data-driven, detail-oriented approach with a focus on optimization
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, innovative environment
