Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Laserfiche Workflow and Forms to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide business process automation (BPM) initiatives.
The role focuses on end-to-end workflow orchestration, process digitization, integration, and continuous optimization across business units.
Key Responsibilities Lead analysis, modeling, and automation of business processes using BPM best practices.
Design and implement end-to-end workflows including approvals, escalations, SLAs, and exception handling.
Develop advanced Laserfiche Workflows and Forms with scalable and auditable design.
Orchestrate integrations between Laserfiche and ERP, Core Banking, CRM, and external systems.
Define BPM governance standards, workflow controls, and compliance mechanisms.
Monitor workflow performance, KPIs, and continuously optimize process efficiency.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, process diagrams, and technical artifacts.

Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in BPM and workflow automation.
Advanced expertise in Laserfiche Workflow and Forms.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and system integration.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Laserfiche BPM / Workflow certifications.
Experience in banking, government, or regulated industries.
