Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and manage all accommodation operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
  • Supervise, train, and monitor performance of accommodation staff (security, housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Enforce accommodation policies, house rules, and company regulations consistently
  • Act as the main point of contact between residents and management
  • Handle residents’ complaints, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep at all times
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and shift assignments
  • Monitor accommodation occupancy and room allocation as per company guidelines
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, security, and operational standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain accurate records related to residents, rooms, maintenance, and incidents
  • Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to management
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
  • Control daily operational issues and escalate critical matters to management when required
  • Manage emergencies, incidents, and unexpected situations efficiently
  • Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers when necessary
  • Ensure proper use and care of accommodation assets and facilities

Qualifications

  • High or Intermediate qualification
  • 3–5 years  experience in accommodation, housing, or facility management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary teams (security, housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Strong operational knowledge of accommodation management, policies, and procedures
  • Proven ability to handle resident relations, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Experience in planning schedules, managing daily operations, and preparing management reports
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and security standards and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet operational demands
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexible to work shifts and respond to operational requirements
