About the Role:

We are looking for a Fintech On-Ground Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations across multiple branches. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth work flows, monitoring staff performance, implementing company policies, and maintaining high operational standards.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between on-ground operations and management, driving efficiency while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Responsibility:

● Manage multiple branches to ensure seamless daily operations.

● Oversee and monitor staff performance, providing coaching and feedback when needed

● Coordinate activities and communications among different branches.

   ● Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

● Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

● Provide training and support to employees to maintain operational excellence.

● Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure branch efficiency.

● Foster a collaborative environment by maintaining regular communication with branch managers.

● Analyze operational processes and suggest continuous improvements.

● Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operational metrics.

Requirements

● 2–4 years of experience in operations, retail, or a related field.

● Proven team leadership experience.

● Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

● Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite) is a plus.

● Previous experience in FinTech or branch operations is an advantage.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Must own a car (essential for mobility between branches)
