JOB PURPOSE
To contribute in understanding, prioritizing, controlling and documenting the business requirements within Projects or Demand Portfolios.

Description
Business Analysis
1. Contribute with Business Analysis Manager and senior business analyst in the elicitation and analysis of the
business requirements and required systems specifications in projects and demand requests.
2. Contribute in developing parts of the Requirements document under the supervision of the Business Analysis
Manager.
3. Engage under the supervision of a Business Analysis Manager with different team within the life cycle of the
project or demand request to ensure alignment of their work products with the business requirements.
4. Under the supervision of a Business Analysis Manager, establish and maintain relationship internally with
concerned business teams & IT Teams to align projects and demand requests towards the desired business
objectives.
5. Support the process of changes & Projects Analysis, approvals, testing & implementation in both projects and
demand requests.
6. Ensure complete & up-to-date filing system for all Changes/Project documents to support requirements
management.

7. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is
carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day-to-day Operations
8. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Transformation & Delivery department to ensure
continuity of work
Compliance
9. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of
conduct in order to maintain CIB's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or its equivalent
• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in the technology field.
Skills
• Perfect command in spoken and written English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient User of MS Office Applications
• Strong Communication and presentational skills
