Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for multiple client accounts. The account
manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and
offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and
strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with
internal teams to deliver on client expectations. Besides, ensure to deliver their projects on time with high quality.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
● Driving client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
● Identifying and exploring new business opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with our Business Developer.
● Managing and resolving any customer service issues or complaints
● Giving a proper brief for each project to operational and production departments about the client’s vision and approach.
● Overseeing the implementation phase of projects with the alignment with the production and operation team to ensure that the brief was clear, and the clients’ requirements are met ongoing.
● Overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
● Developing and implementing account plans to achieve revenue and profit goals.
● Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and Operational teams, to ensure clients' needs are met.
● Providing regular status updates and presentations to clients on project progress and results
● Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
● Identifying client’s needs, their vision and strategy.
● Generating innovative ideas to support the business development team to boost brand
awareness.
● Updating the client continuously with the project status regarding the achieved objectives with
due dates.
● Reporting to the client “the final review”, receiving his feedback and acting accordingly.
● Creating a swot analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses points in each project with applying the best
practices to improve the client experience and team performance.
