Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Follow up with the manager on tasks, meetings, and action points
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office activities
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Excel and MS Office
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external parties
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
