  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization’s operations.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices for end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology needs in packing houses, automated lines, and cold storage facilities.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of security protocols to safeguard company data and IT assets.
  • Train staff on new technologies, software applications, and IT policies to enhance user competency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for advanced troubleshooting and procurement of IT equipment.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements to support business growth and innovation.
  • Monitoring Servers and the network environment, and the website.
