  • Delivering assigned work items within the scheduled deadlines.
  • Identifying the resources and costs required to complete assigned scope of work.
  • Ensuring that the building complies with approved drawings and specifications and meets public health and safety standards.
  • Verifying that buildings comply with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Preparing reports on the status of the building or assigned scope of work.
  • Conducting technical studies and carrying out site and workshop inspections.
