Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for line chemist Quality Control located in industrial zone 6 October. Some work from home is acceptable. The line chemist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality , control, and assurance. Day-to-day tasks include managing Raw martials and finish products quality in IPC and production lines , implementing HACCAP Plans and quality and Food Safety Standards , and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The line chemist will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.
Qualifications:
- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure quality compliance
- Monitor production lines to maintain required specifications and standards
- Maintain accurate quality records, deviations, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, FSSC, customer and internal standards
- Perform root cause analysis and implementation
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve quality issues
- Support audits and customer visits with data, reports, and documentation
- Enforce operation to comply with the pre-requisite programs.
- Participate in Develop, review, and validate HACCP, food defense & food fraud studies.
- Implement the training plans, materials, and exams.
- Implement the sanitation programs of lines and areas and follow up execution.
- Prepare for NFSA and certification visits complete 100% of action plan
- Contribute to distributors and trade audits to conduct audits as per shared plan
- Prepare for the external FSSC22000 audit and develop an action plan for the findings.
