  • Develop chatbot applications using the Microsoft Bot Framework, REST APIs, and Azure.
  • Architect and implement NLU models for complex conversation flows.
  • Develop scalable microservices for chatbot back-end services using Node.js.
  • Design and maintain SQL databases and queries for chatbot data.
  • Integrate chatbots with external systems and services using REST APIs.
  • Manage Apache server configurations to optimize performance and security (a plus).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, plan sprints, and ensure successful delivery of chatbot solutions.
  • Manage Genesys eServices.
