  • Oversee daily press operations for mold manufacturing, ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality.
  • Monitor and adjust press parameters to maintain consistent output and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to implement new molds and tooling solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot equipment issues to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for press and mold manufacturing processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve safety.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs of press machinery.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company certifications (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, equipment performance, and process improvements.
