Brand Manager – Commercial Vehicles


#Job_Purpose: The Brand Manager – Commercial Pickup Trucks is responsible for end-to-end brand ownership of the assigned pickup truck brand under a sole distributorship model allover Egypt. The role ensures market leadership, profitable growth, OEM compliance, dealer network performance, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction across sales, marketing, aftersales coordination, and fleet channels. 
#Key_Responsibilities:

• Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute annual brand strategy, business plan, and go-to-market roadmap. 
•  Sales & Market Development : Achieve retail, wholesale, and fleet sales targets. 
• . Marketing & Brand Communication: Lead ATL, BTL, digital, and field marketing initiatives.
• Operations Management :Coordinate with logistics, homologation, and supply chain on: 
o Vehicle availability. 
o Importation planning. 
o Model allocations. 
• Monitor order bank, lead times, and dealer stocks. 
• Align sales forecasts with import plans and currency exposure (EGP / USD). 

➢ Financial Performance 

• Own the brand P&L and profitability.

 • Control:

 o Marketing spends.

 o Dealer incentives. 

o Launch budgets. 

• Optimize: 

o Gross margin. 

o Net contribution. 

o Inventory carrying cost.

 • Ensure pricing reflects: 

o FX volatility. 

o Customs duties. 

o Local tax structures. 

o Logistics. 

➢ Team Leadership 

• Lead and develop:

 o Product specialists. 

o Sales planning executives. 

o Marketing coordinators.
