Oversee daily operations of the production floor to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of medical garments, including sterile surgical gowns, patient gowns, caps, masks, overshoes, and drapes.
Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources and personnel to meet output targets and quality standards.
Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely delivery of finished products.
Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and compliance to senior management.
