  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for mechanical components, equipment, and materials required for glass processing and manufacturing.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure optimal agreements and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to define technical specifications and procurement needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and support business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or supply shortages in a proactive manner.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports for management review.
