• About the Role: We are a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum solutions (Curtain walls, Sliding/Hinged systems, Cladding, and Partitions). We are looking for a highly organized Production Engineer to orchestrate our factory operations. You will be the link between the Technical Office and the Factory Floor, ensuring that every profile is cut precisely and every project leaves the factory on time.

Key Missions:

• Production Planning: Translate project deadlines into daily factory schedules for cutting, assembly, and glazing.
• The "Zero-Delay" Policy: Coordinate proactively with the Purchasing Department to ensure aluminum profiles, glass, and accessories (gaskets, handles, mechanisms) are in stock before production starts.
• Technical Liaison: Work closely with the Technical Department to clarify cutting lists and fabrication drawings, preventing errors on the CNC or assembly line.
• Inventory & Optimization: Monitor stock levels to reduce material wastage and flag shortages immediately.
• Process Control: Oversee the fabrication of sliding/hinged doors, windows, and curtain wall units to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
