Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical support, engineering, or a related field within the automotive sector.Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in automotive systems.Strong understanding of vehicle electronics, diagnostics tools, and mechanical components.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.Experience in providing technical training or mentorship to colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic software and tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
