  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including inspection, lubrication, and adjustment, to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities, such as cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts, to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions promptly and efficiently, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend improvements or modifications to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities, and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of spare parts and equipment needed for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and technical support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
