Prepare and control master production plans for garment factories (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing).
Develop detailed line loading and capacity plans based on SAMs, machine availability, and workforce efficiency.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, and Quality teams to align production plans with customer delivery schedules.
Issue and follow up on production orders (Style-wise / Order-wise) across factories.
Monitor WIP, output, efficiency, and daily production reports for sewing lines.
Identify production constraints, line imbalances, and delays, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure on-time delivery by managing production priorities and re-planning when needed.
Participate in pre-production meetings to validate production readiness.
Lead and supervise the central planning team and standardize planning practices across factories.
