Roles and Responsibilites:
- Coordinate and oversee mechanical engineering activities at project sites, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
- Support the procurement process by preparing material take-offs and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on site activities.
- Ensure all mechanical installations adhere to local codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or potential risks in design or execution to the project management team.
- Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems upon project completion.
