Job Details

Role Objective
To provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Chairman. The successful candidate will manage the Chairman’s professional life, ensuring they are prepared for all meetings, their schedule is optimised, and all administrative operations run seamlessly.

 

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Meeting Management.
2. Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling, venue logistics, and catering.
3. Prepare and distribute agendas, briefing papers, and presentations ahead of time.
4. Take minutes during executive meetings and follow up on "action items" to ensure completion.
5. Communication & Gate keeping.
6. Draft, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, speeches, and reports on behalf of the Chairman.
7. Liaise between the Chairman and internal department heads, external stakeholders, and clients.
8. Organise detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation.
9. Research & Special Projects.
10. Maintain a highly organised digital and physical filing system for confidential documents.
