- Manage daily warehouse operations for raw materials and finished product including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and space optimization.
- Implement and monitor warehouse policies, procedures, and KPIs.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation and delivery operations.
- Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and optimize routing to reduce costs and transit time.
- Monitor transportation costs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Control warehouse and transportation costs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments.
- Enforce health and safety rules within warehouses and transportation activities.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or damages and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and goods to prevent loss or damage.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in fleet management and inventory control systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and transportation regulations.Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.Strong communication and coordination skills.
