The Supplier Localization Engineer is responsible for supporting localization activities by coordinating with suppliers, managing sample development, and ensuring that localized components meet technical, quality, and company requirements. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of localized parts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier & Technical Coordination

• Communicate technical specifications, drawings, and requirements to suppliers for localized components.
• Support suppliers in understanding and meeting technical and quality expectations.

2. Sample Development & Validation

• Manage the sample production process and ensure timely submission from suppliers.
• Coordinate testing activities with R&D and Quality teams to validate samples.
• Track test results and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required.

3. Localization & Continuous Improvement

• Support localization projects by working with suppliers and internal teams to implement technical improvements.
• Contribute to cost, quality, and performance optimization of localized components.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams to resolve technical issues during localization.
• Ensure effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure localized components comply with company standards and relevant industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, test reports, and supplier records.
