● Strong understanding of printing materials, inks, and color management for Flexo Printing.

● Knowledge of die-lines, cutting & folding structures for carton packaging
● Familiar with brand guidelines and adapting designs across multiple SKUs.
● Experience in transferring jobs to printing machines and supporting prepress operations.
● Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (mandatory).
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
