  • The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment for company branches. The role ensures that all branches are staffed with the right talent on time, while also handling core HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and HR policies implementation.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruitment & Staffing (Mandatory)
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all company branches (retail, sales, operations, support).
  • Identify manpower needs in coordination with branch managers.
  • Post job ads, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections.
  • Ensure timely hiring to avoid manpower gaps in branches.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and follow up on new hires’ performance during probation.
  • 2. HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records (files, contracts, attendance, leaves).
  • Support payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, incentives).
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
  • Assist in HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status).
  • 3. Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
  • Handle employee complaints and issues professionally.
  • Support disciplinary actions and investigations when required.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment across branches.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.Proven experience in recruitment for multiple branches or locations is a MUST.Experience in retail, sales, or multi-branch companies is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong recruitment and interviewing skills.Ability to handle high-volume hiring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good knowledge of labor law.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
