Lead generator and sales engineer for a 42 year young agency in the field of confectionery, soap and pharmaceutical equipment and production lines, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Mission
- As a lead generator, it’s your job to set up appointments and contact potential clients.
- As a sales engineer, you will promote the equipment and solutions that we provide to potential clients.
- Together with the client, you should be able to identify where our solutions can assist them in improving their production.
Outcomes Expected (The short and sweet version!)
- Generate 24 new leads per month.
- Arrange and succeed in attending 6 appointments with potential clients per month.
- Receive 12 RFQs for Equipment with our scope of supply in one calendar year.
- Receive at least 300.000 EUR of orders in the first year.
Job Description (The Long and Boring version!)
- Active sales of our Principals equipment in the Egyptian Market.
- Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers.
- Conduct needs analysis to uncover customer needs and requirements for solutions.
- Serve as first line of pre and post-sales support to customers.
- Lead customer RFQ process and provide technical input.
- Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations and work with decision makers on product selection.
- Attend Marketing events, including international trade shows .
- Request pricing and technical information and perform customer follow up communication
- Traveling within Egypt to follow up with current customers and new customers and projects.
- Supervision of startup and commissioning of sold equipment.
- Follow up on customer complaints and technical problems.
- Submit reports to your manager on weekly basis on projects status, highlighting hot jobs, won jobs, lost jobs, problems faced and new ideas.
